VOC process

The applicant will be informed of the verification process, the conditions under that the tasks will be conducted, the mandatory outcome and the consequence of the verification process. Any gap training requirements and cost (if required) will be calculated by the RTO and approved by the employer ahead of commencement of gap training. Documentation of VOC A report will be forwarded to the employer or nominated person detailing the consequence of the verification, the capability of the worker and the level of their performance.
